    This learning experience is build directly out of psychological research on the power of embodied movement in facilitating the cognitive, social and affective processes of leadership.

    During this 1-day offsite experience, leaders will participate in a fully immersive development workshop featuring:

    - Cutting edge research and industry-best-practices for effective leadership models and frameworks

    - Placing themselves within their own leadership identity

    - Understanding "what the body has to do with it," with interdisciplinary insights from neuroscience, psychology, physiology and embodied cognition research

    - Experientially learning practical body-based tools and practices with a direct impact on critical leadership processes like cognitive performance, creativity and improvisation, social connection, emotional regulation and resilience.

    - Experiencing breathwork, sensory tools, embodied social learning and connection exercises, interoceptive awareness and somatic insight

    - Three separate accessible movement sessions, including pilates and yoga based flows and power strength movements, led by expert Trainer and Coach Tess Glynne-Jones.
