Mike is an organisational psychologist and coach with over 20 years experience as a Go-to-Market and Commercial leader in corporates and successful startups, bringing lived experience of scaling and M&A challenges into Sway’s work. Mike is responsible for product development and commercial growth at Sway. He holds an MSc in Organisational & Social Psychology from LSE.

Marina Mayer

PARTNER | Head of Leadership Development

As a People and Organisational Development strategist, Marina is an organisational psychologist specialising in talent strategy, resilience coaching and scaling high-performing companies. Having worked extensively in the US, Europe and the UK, Marina leads innovation and client delivery for Sway. She has a Masters in Theology and a MSc in Organisational & Social Psychology from LSE.

Olivia Griffiths

PARTNER | Head of Strategy

Drawing on extensive C-suite experience in private markets and financial services, Olivia is an organisational psychologist working with executive teams to reduce execution risk during change. At Sway, she advises clients and is responsible for business operations and strategy. She holds an MSc in Organisational & Social Psychology from LSE and is a CIPD Chartered Fellow.
