Mike is a go-to-market and Commercial leader with over 20 years experience in both large multinational and successful startup environments. Mike gravitated towards Organisational Psychology and leadership development after experiencing the unintended consequences of growth on organisational identity, workforce wellbeing and financial outcomes,
Mike is a specialist in the psychology of sales, rapid organisational growth, post-M&A integration and building loyalty through the psychological contract.

Marina Mayer
CO-FOUNDER
Formerly an elite collegiate athlete in the USA, Marina began her early career focused on coaching, team performance and leadership development. Alongside earning two Masters degrees in Organisational Psychology and Theology, Marina transitioned her leadership into People Operations, Organisational Development & Strategic Planning in the corporate sector. Energised by the collaborative mandate of building from the ground up, Marina has been the first in every role she's taken on, helping companies cut through complexity to transform at scale.
Most recently, Marina conducted award-winning research at the London School of Economics, "How Movement Moves Us," about the untapped potential of our bodies for facilitating the cognitive, affective and social processes of leadership.
With practical expertise in all-things-People, she specialises in strategic organisational growth design, bespoke learning & development solutions, and leadership formation. Her clients describe her as strategic, wise and innovative.

Dr. Barry Rogers

Barry is leading educator in the field of customized executive education working with some of the worlds largest companies. He works with experienced adult professionals typically transitioning from specialist to enterprise leadership roles. Barry delivers programs on a global basis for clients include Shell, Prudential Insurance, Google, FCO (UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office), E&Y, News Corporation, LinkedIn and Deutsche Bank.
In his role as Visiting Professor at London School of Economics, Barry seeks to actively bridge the gap between theory and practice by focusing on how we make sense of the emerging, disruptive aspects of organisational life.
His research interests cover change, relationships, orthodoxies, plasticity and disruption. He has a particular interest in the role of temporal context on activity and is currently exploring the role of non-linear (‘social’) time in practising learning commitments after formal learning programs. Before his time at the LSE, Barry spent 17 years working in front-line financial services for Morgan Stanley (New York), Nomura (Tokyo), and J.P. Morgan (London).
