Sway’s founders met at LSE as mature students after leading at C-suite level across sectors and witnessing how growth and transformation can impact execution and value. We built our expertise in organisational psychology to address transformation risk at its root, producing award-winning research along the way, which we combine with our operational experience to advise on high-stakes change.

As a former CPO & Organisational Development consultant, Marina specialises in talent strategy, executive coaching and scaling high performance organisations. She is a former athlete with a Master’s degree in Theology and an MSc in Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.

Mike has over 20 years experience as a Go-to-Market and Commercial leader in large corporates and successful startups, and brings lived experience of scaling and M&A challenges into Sway’s work. He holds an MSc in Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics.
